Step 1: Technical setup. You will receive a separate email from our IT team with setup instructions. They cover:
Step 2: Meet your Team Lead. This person will be overseeing your account and working with a team of billing experts to streamline your insurance collections. Your team lead will be reaching out shortly to welcome you and answer any questions before orientation.
Step 3: Attend your orientation call. Your orientation meeting is important! You’ll learn what to expect from us, and how we’ll work with you and your team, and how to track results. It's important for the doctor (or decision-maker) and the front desk team to attend. Once your equipment is set up, you will receive an invitation to schedule your orientation meeting.
