How To Join The DCS Team

- Applications are vetted for appropriate skill set and knowledge.
- Selected applicants will be invited to receive skills assessments, and testing for industry knowledge specific to the position.
- Upon completion of any assessments, if applicable, selected applicants will be invited to a Zoom interview.
- We provide all new team members thorough training to ensure success in their new role. The process may include self assessments, 1-on-1 training sessions, and consistent access to continuing education content.
