Award-winning dental revenue cycle management company, DCS, hires a seasoned dental industry expert to lead the helm of their Oral Surgery Department.

Savannah, GA, October 2023 – Dental Claim Support (DCS), a renowned name in the dental revenue cycle management industry, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Jon Kromenhoek as new Vice President of Business Development: OMS Services. Jon’s decades-long experience in the dental industry will expand the OMS department at DCS, which focuses on collecting revenue for oral and maxillofacial surgery teams.

“Jon is coming to us with the experience, relationships, and energy we need in order to further our vision of serving the revenue cycle management needs of the dental industry,” says DCS’ Chief Revenue Officer, Stetson Smith.

Jon entered the dental industry in 2000 with Discus Dental, a leader in cosmetic dental products at the time, and has spent the past 23 years working in the dental space. He experienced the evolution of DSOs in the dental market and has 18 years of experience working with and cultivating relationships with many large DSOs. 

Prior to joining DCS, he was the Director of Special Markets at Brasseler USA in Savannah, GA. While at Brasseler USA, Jon started and led the Special Markets team over several years and achieved sales growth in excess of $30M. Additionally, he has consulted with other dental companies about their special markets initiatives throughout his career.

Jon states, “Being in Savannah, Georgia the past 16 years, and watching Dental Claim Support grow into an industry leader, I am very excited to join the team. Great people with great products and services are what make successful companies.”

Since January 2023, DCS has expanded to a full-service dental revenue cycle management company, serving both dental practices, emerging groups, DSOs, and oral surgery practices. DCS has spent the past year focused on developing their oral surgery department, including the hire of Jon as its Vice President of Business Development: OMS Services.
